Do you listen to your intuition or those gut feelings? You were built with these senses for a reason.
Did you know we have 5 intuitive senses? When your body wants to communicate with you, it sends you signals. These signals are a response to one of two things: external stimulus or internal stimulus. You can connect with your intuitive senses by being open and aware. 1) The Intuitive Sense of Vision Intuitive vision is seeing a vision of your minds eye. 2) The Intuitive Sense of Hearing Have you ever heard words, songs or phrases at the right time and you gain clarity around a situation or experience? 3) The Intuitive Sense of Feeling Intuitive feeling is experiencing sensations or feelings with an apparent physical source. You get goosebumps, or 'gut'feeling' when something feels off. Pay attention to this.
4) The Intuitive Sense of Taste Intuitive taste is a craving for certain foods. During pregnancy I craved citrus and stone fruit. After some testing I was very low in Iron. Iron needs vitamin C to be absorbed.
5) The Intuitive Sense of Smell Intuitive smell is communication or healing through the power of scent. From an evolutionary standpoint, smell is the strongest scent to trigger memories. I enjoy the smell of ivory soap because it reminds me of my Gramma. I am immediately aware of feelings of warmth and relaxation, of feeling calm and safe.
By tuning into your intuition, it allows you to reconnect with your body and helps you to break through energetic and intuitive blocks. When you reconnect with your intuition you become intune with powerful source of energetic guidance. The more you listen, the more you will heal an attune to all aspects of wellness in your life.
